DELIVERY & RETURN

DELIVERY :

We ask you to open, unpack, count and check the condition of the items upon receipt of the delivery and in the presence of the carrier.

In order to benefit from a refund or replacement of damaged products, it is imperative to formulate precise and clear reservations when receiving the order.

Shipments can be made via the following carriers:

  • Delivery by chronopost: 4 to 8 working days.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Right of withdrawal: A product that does not satisfy you can be returned at your expense within 14 days from the date of receipt, we will reimburse you within 7 days. For any assistance, please contact our customer service at hello@mariebastidemarrakech.com .

Home delivery: Our customers are invited to carefully inspect the items upon delivery and in the presence of the carrier. For any complaints concerning damaged products, it is essential to formulate precise and clear reservations at the time of receipt. It is important to note that signing upon receipt of the package constitutes acceptance of it in good condition, making the carrier and the sender not responsible for the condition of the contents. In accordance with current legislation, the absence of reservations made upon delivery will prevent Marie Bastide Marrakech from responding favorably to any request for compensation or replacement.

Delivery to a relay point: For any complaints, our customers have 3 days after collecting their package from the relay point to report any damage inside the package. This approach is essential to validate with the address hello@mariebastidemarrakech.com .
